FEES

Your registration fee covers all reunion activities, prizes, gift bags, souvenir journals, t-shirts, transportation to scheduled events, youth game rooms, hospitality suite, picnic, banquet, and much more. T-shirts come with all Paid Registrations. Please calculate an additional $15 for all Free Registrants that want t-shirts or for extra t-shirts that you would like to order.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Online Registration and Payment

1.       Complete the Registration Form Below

2.       Click on the Pay Online Button to Process your payment.

3.       Click on the Travel Page link on the left to book your hotel and to get more information about the accommodations.

 Registration By Mail

1.       Click on the Pay By Mail link and download the registration form.

2.       Complete the form and mail it in along with your payment.

3.       Click on the Travelers Link to Book your hotel Room or call the hotel at 813-879-8400 and tell them you are with the Barefield Family Reunion.

 Forms received with full payment and postmarked on or prior to April 1, 2009 will be entered into a drawing for the following items:

1^st       Complimentary Hotel room @ the $80/night for the reunion weekend.

2^nd      2 Tickets for Busch Gardens for Saturday, August 8 - 2009 
3^rd      Dinner for two at Charley’s Steakhouse – Next door to the hotel

Drawing will be April 15, 2009

Winners will be notified by April 30, 2009
