Family,

This year, we have decided to conduct some pre-reunion fundraising to help offset the costs of the family reunion. We worked dilligently to create a budget for this reunion that will allow us to maintain or decrease costs per family, while providing more services. Some of the benefits of our preunion fundraising will be: Registration will be free for all of our family members 4 and under and 80 and up. We will be able to provide children Ages 5 - 14 and Seniors ages 65 - 79 a discounted registration cost of $45. We will also set aside funds to be used as startup costs for the 2011 reunion. We will provide scholarships to selected graduating high school seniors to be awarded at the reunion banquet.  Additionally, there are numerous other amenities that we will be able to provide for free because of our fundraising. 

RAFFLE:

With a $5 gift per ticket, you will be eligible to win one of the following items:

1st Prize: 42" Plasma TV
2nd Prize: Windows Vista Laptop
3rd Prize: GPS Navigational System

The drawing for the raffle will be at the reunion banquet on August 8, 2009. Winners do not have to be present to win. This raffle isn't limited to family members. We are counting on family members to volunteer to sell tickets to their coworkers, other family members, church members, and friends.
